The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) course presents different steps of the MEL process and focuses on global health projects. It includes amongst other topics the development of indicators and targets; data collection, analysis and using the data for learning and decision making; communicating the findings of the MEL process; and evaluation. The course also includes assessment of advocacy efforts.
