The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) course presents different steps of the MEL process and focuses global health projects. It includes amongst other topics the development of indicators and targets; data collection, analysis and using the data for learning and decision making; communicating the findings of the MEL process; and evaluation. The course also includes assessment of advocacy efforts.
